About Cartel Roasting Co.
Cartel Roasting Co. on South Ash Avenue is a Tempe specialty coffee café of the community-owned roaster Cartel.
Cartel was founded in Tempe in 2008 as Cartel Coffee Lab.
The café serves Cartel's own coffees, including single origins such as a Kenya Kiangoi AA and the Afternoon Delight half-caff blend, and opens daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Cartel is known for a slow-bar pour-over program, and whole-bean bags are sold to take home.
