About Fluid

Fluid Collective on Opal Crescent is a Singapore specialty coffee bar and roastery in Potong Pasir, run by 2025 national Brewers Cup champion Ong Shen Choy.

It roasts on site and serves pour-over and espresso, with black, white and chocolate drinks available iced or with oat milk. Beans rotate often, from origins such as Kenya, Panama and Ethiopia, and guest roasters take over the bar from time to time. There is no food menu; the focus is on the coffee. It opens 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at weekends.
