Fluid Collective is a Singapore specialty coffee roaster and coffee bar on Opal Crescent in Potong Pasir, run by Ong Shen Choy.
Ong won the Singapore National Brewers Cup in 2025. Fluid roasts on site and is run by the team behind Double Up Coffee. Its espresso bar rotates coffees from origins such as Kenya, Panama and Ethiopia, and it hosts bar takeovers by roasters from abroad, including Noon from Taipei and One Half Roastery from Kuala Lumpur. Fluid also roasts exclusively for Ground Floor Coffee, a takeaway bar at East Village in Bedok.
