About Olympia Coffee Roasting
Olympia Coffee on California Avenue Southwest is the West Seattle specialty coffee café of Olympia Coffee Roasting, opened in 2018.
The café serves coffee roasted to order in Olympia, sourced directly from farmers and changed with the seasons. Olympia Coffee is a certified B Corp and a certified living-wage employer. Whole beans are sold to take home, and the company also runs cafés in downtown Seattle, Columbia City, Olympia and Tacoma's Proctor district.
