Olympia Coffee Roasting is a specialty coffee roaster in Olympia, Washington, that sources directly from farmers and roasts and brews its coffee seasonally.
The company is a certified B Corp and holds living-wage certification.
It runs seven cafés and a bakery: three in Olympia, one in Tacoma's Proctor district, and Seattle cafés downtown, in Columbia City and in West Seattle, plus Moonrise Bakery. Coffee is roasted to order and sold through its web shop, and the company changes its offerings with the harvest seasons of the farms it buys from.
