Michikusa Coffee Roaster & Dareka Coffee Stand is a Saga specialty coffee roastery and stand open since 2012.
Owner Kohei Furukawa, a former caregiver inspired by Nagasaki's KARIOMONS COFFEE ROASTER, roasts direct-trade beans on a 5 kg Turkish GOLDEN roaster installed in 2021, adjusting roasts to the weather. Pour-overs are brewed on ORIGAMI drippers, and coffees from Ethiopia, Guatemala, Colombia and a decaf Mexico are sold in store and by subscription.
