About Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters
Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters on Folsom Boulevard is the East Sacramento specialty coffee café and roastery of the award-winning local roaster Chocolate Fish.
Direct relationships with farmers give the roaster access to microlots, which the café serves as espresso drinks and brewed coffee. It runs coffee tasting, home-barista and latte-art classes, including education leading to Specialty Coffee Association certifications. The café opens daily from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Chocolate Fish also has cafés downtown at the Hyatt, in Land Park and in Folsom.
