Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters is a multi-award-winning Sacramento specialty coffee roaster with its roastery and café on Folsom Boulevard in East Sacramento.
Its direct relationships with farmers give it access to microlots and top-quality crops. The company runs coffee tasting classes and education courses leading to Specialty Coffee Association certifications.
Chocolate Fish operates four cafés, open daily from 6 a.m.: the East Sac roastery, a downtown café at the Hyatt on 12th Street, Land Park on Freeport Boulevard and The Parkway in Folsom.
