About Grounded Craft Coffee
Grounded Craft Coffee is a specialty coffee micro-roastery and bar on Proveniersstraat in Rotterdam, a short walk from Rotterdam Centraal.
The beans are roasted on site, slowly and lighter than average, and the whole setup is in view, so questions for the baristas come easily. Sourcing is described as considerate, with an eye on ethical and traceable coffee, and only specialty lots are roasted. The room feels more like a kitchen than a café, with a kitchen-island counter at the centre, tables around it and a rustic, characterful finish. Espresso, V60 and batch brew are served with decaf and plant-based milks, next to a small selection of baked goods. Neighbouring Booon also pours these beans. Wifi is available, access is step-free and takeaway is an option.
