von&vonnie microroasters is a Porto specialty coffee roaster based on Rua do Heroísmo in Bonfim.
It describes itself as a project-first coffee roastery and focuses on seasonal, sustainable coffee bought from smaller-scale producers and farmers, with accountability in how coffee is sourced and purchased as a stated priority.
The webshop sells single origins, decaf and drip bags, plus a monthly subscription that can be customised and cancelled at any time. The roastery also runs latte art courses at beginner and advanced level and has a wholesale programme for cafés. Its coffee is served at A Certain Cafe and Época in Porto.
