About Vezo Coffee

Vezo Coffee is a specialty coffee café on Rua da Graça in Lisbon, opened in June 2025 by Brazilian barista Pedro Lima and artist Maria Clara. They run it with their friend Flávia Castro.

The beans come from von&vonnie in Porto, with single origins such as Mexico and Guatemala brewed on V60 and AeroPress as well as espresso, and the owners focus on traceability down to what farm workers are paid. Breakfast includes yoghurt with granola, croissants with burrata and prosciutto and sardine toast, with snacks such as tapioca cake with pulled pork, plus natural wine. The room seats 20 inside and 25 on the terrace, with second-hand furniture and the founders' own artwork on the walls.
