About Villino Coffee Roasters
Villino Coffee Roasters is a Hobart specialty coffee roaster that began in 2007 and roasts its coffee fresh daily in Moonah.
Time Out describes the roastery as one of Tasmania's largest and longest-running. Its flagship blend is Synergy, and recent single origins have come from Honduras, Ethiopia and Ecuador. Villino runs its flagship café on Criterion Street, a small takeaway sibling, Ecru, and Wondr, the roastery cellar door in Moonah, which can be visited by appointment. Its coffee is also poured at Abercrombie Coffee and Pigeon Whole Bakers.
