About Uncommon Cafe
Uncommon is a specialty coffee roaster in Amsterdam West that runs its own café and a wild pastry bar on Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat.
The roasting team rotates seasonal lots chosen for their origin, processing method or unusual variety, with recent coffees from Peru, Brazil and Bolivia, and tells the stories of the producers behind them. Webshop orders are roasted and shipped every Tuesday, and coffee subscriptions are offered for home brewers.
Beyond beans, Uncommon sells handmade ceramics made with Julia Saldaña and hosts Foraged & Fermented evenings at its bar.
