TRUNK COFFEE is a Nagoya specialty coffee roaster founded in 2014 by an owner who trained as a barista in Denmark. It roasts on Probat equipment and supplies its own cafés with house roasts.
The brand runs TRUNK COFFEE BAR in Izumi, TRUNK COFFEE & CRAFT BEER in Kamimaezu and TRUNK COFFEE LAB in Higashibetsuin, along with locations in Shenzhen, China. Beans are sold in its shops and through an online store on BASE.
TRUNK also offers consulting for café and retail operators and handles roasting equipment through its Probat section, so it works with other businesses as well as serving its own counters.
