About TRUNK COFFEE BAR
TRUNK COFFEE BAR is the flagship specialty coffee bar of Nagoya's TRUNK COFFEE, set on the ground floor of a building in Izumi near Takaoka station. The company was founded in 2014 by an owner who trained as a barista in Denmark, and it roasts its own beans on a Probat.
The bar serves hand-drip coffee alongside its house roasts, and whole beans are sold over the counter. Seating mixes counter stools, sofas and an open terrace. TRUNK also runs a coffee and craft beer bar in Kamimaezu and a lab in Higashibetsuin, plus shops in Shenzhen.
