About Timely Coffees
Timely Coffees is a Bayswater, Perth specialty coffee roaster and café co-owned by Tristan Fraser, Giorgia Muscio and Seb Prosser.
It roasts on site with beans from producers from Burundi to Papua New Guinea, in a carbon-neutral facility that also roasts for Hop Cafe, Artem Coffee and The Wolf Espresso. Its signatures are Timely Two, a nutty, chocolatey Brazilian single origin, and Timely Three, a light, bright batch brew. Timely sells bags of beans and compostable coffee pods, and has a cupping table at the café.
