About TAZZE PAZZE Specialty Coffee
Tazze Pazze is a Genoa specialty coffee roaster and café brand run by Matteo Caruso, which grew from a neighbourhood milk bar into a roastery.
Gambero Rosso reports that the owners roast their beans in-house, offering single origins and a house blend as filter, V60 and espresso, and that they have trained baristas and roasted a specialty line for Pasqualini. Its café on Piazza Cinque Lampadi in the historic centre is already on Vereda. In June 2026 Tazze Pazze opened a second café on Via Cesarea, serving filter, cold brew and matcha alongside coffee from guest roasters. Scatti di Gusto dates its specialty focus to 2009.
