About Tazze Pazze - Specialty Coffee
Tazze Pazze Via Cesarea is the second Genoa specialty coffee café from the Tazze Pazze roastery, opened in June 2026 near Via XX Settembre.
It occupies the former Caprifico di Nervi bar and gelateria, in a small, minimalist room that mixes Far Eastern and Northern European styles. The menu covers filter coffee, cold brew, matcha latte and espresso, with the house coffee in several brew methods and coffee from guest roasters. Food includes sandwiches, avocado toast, focaccia, sweets and a savoury breakfast, with vegan-friendly options. Founder Matteo Caruso's original café is on Piazza Cinque Lampadi.
