Square One Coffee Roasters is a Cremorne, Melbourne specialty coffee roaster set up by Elika Rowell with Nathan Toleman's Mulberry Group.
It supplies Mulberry venues such as Liminal and sells to the public, working with ethical importers such as Melbourne Coffee Merchants and packing its beans in canisters. Its first café, Square One Rialto on Collins Street, doubles as the roaster's retail space. Mulberry sends 10 per cent of its profits to the Common Ground Project, a community farm in Freshwater Creek.
