SPROUT NISEKO is a specialty coffee roaster in Kutchan, Hokkaido, that describes itself as a roastery café and base for outdoor play in Niseko. Owner Yoshi Toge roasts small batches daily and says he tries to let each bean speak rather than aiming for a single flavour.
Beans are sold through the café and an online store on BASE, alongside seasonal blends and single origins such as a Mexican lot from Huehuetepan. Sprout also makes coffee teabags for outdoor use.
The company announced a Sapporo location opening in September 2026.
