About Sprout
SPROUT NISEKO is a specialty coffee roastery café in Kutchan, the main town of the Niseko area, run by Yoshi and Yukiko Toge. Coffee is roasted in small batches in a window-front roaster, and the beans rest for a week before use.
The café serves as a meeting place for Niseko's outdoor community and sells beans online. The Toges also make coffee teabags for hikers and skiers, and run a mobile Sprout Mini at events. A Sapporo shop was announced for September 2026.
