ROTARY COFFEE is a Kumamoto specialty coffee roaster run by owner-roaster Takashi Higashi since 2019.
He roasts for his café near Kumamoto Station, set in a renovated older building, and for the sister shop LOBBY by ROTARY COFFEE. The company sells beans online and wholesale to restaurants and retailers, along with baked goods from the café's own kitchen.
In the shop, beans are sold in quantities from 200 g, and the coffee is paired with desserts made in-house, such as seasonal tarts.
