About Renshiro Coffee
Renshiro Coffee is a Miyazaki specialty coffee roaster known for introducing light roasts to the city, roasting in-house since 2018.
Owner Yuta Tanaka first encountered Ethiopian specialty coffee years before opening his shop in 2015. He roasts on a GIESEN W1A semi-hot-air machine, choosing specialty-grade lots for their producers and terroir. Around six single origins rotate through the shop, with Ethiopian coffees a long-standing favorite.
Beans, drip bags and brewing gear are sold at the shop on Tachibana-dori Higashi, a short walk from Miyazaki Station.
