About Renshiro Coffee
Renshiro Coffee (恋史郎コーヒー) is a light-roast specialty coffee shop near Miyazaki's Tachibana-dori, opened in 2015 by Yuta Tanaka.
Tanaka has roasted in-house since 2018 on a GIESEN W1A and keeps about six rotating single origins, brewed as pour-over, AeroPress or espresso. He is a registered dietitian, and the small food menu leans toward low-glycemic options. The bright shop also sells drip bags and brewing gear, and it is closed on about four irregular days a month.
