Proud Mary Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 2009 by Nolan and Shari Hirte, with a US base in Portland, Oregon.
The founders set out to raise standards across sourcing, roasting and preparing coffee, and the brand sells its coffees in the US through its own web shop and coffee marketplaces such as Beanz.
Its Ghostrider blend is used for espresso at partner cafés such as Greystone Cafe, Bakery and Provisions in Boston's South End, which also brews Proud Mary single origins as pour-over and batch brew.
