Proud Mary Coffee on South Lamar Boulevard is the Austin specialty coffee café of the Melbourne-founded roaster Proud Mary.
The café serves Proud Mary's own coffee, roasted in Portland, Oregon, with table service and an all-day breakfast and lunch menu. Proud Mary was founded in Melbourne in 2009 by Nolan and Shari Hirte, and bags of its coffee are sold at the café. The Ghostrider blend is one of its best-known espresso coffees.
