Pogo Coffee Roasters is a Kent Town, Adelaide specialty coffee roaster that air-roasts its beans rather than using a traditional drum.
The beans are suspended in a fluid bed and roasted with controlled blasts of hot air. Pogo sells its blends Flow, Bounce, Rush, Spark and Dash in bags, along with brewing equipment, at its Kent Town café, which also serves espresso, batch brew and cold brew. Broadsheet's Adelaide coffee guide notes its bright, approachable brews and relaxed attitude, and says it avoids traditional brewing methods.
