Pavement Coffeehouse is a Boston-area specialty coffee roaster that roasts for its own chain of cafés and for wholesale customers, now from Woburn.
The company moved its roastery from Brighton to Woburn, and its house blend is called Rathskeller.
Pavement runs around ten unionized coffeehouses across Boston and Cambridge, from Newbury Street to Harvard Square, where the coffee is served with kettle-boiled bagels made from scratch. Whole beans are sold through a web store, and the company also offers wholesale and catering.
