Pavement Coffeehouse on Newbury Street is a specialty coffee shop in Boston's Back Bay serving coffee roasted by Pavement itself.
The menu pairs espresso drinks and brewed coffee with kettle-boiled bagels made from scratch and baked daily. Pavement is a unionized local company with around ten cafés across Boston and Cambridge, from Allston and Fenway to Harvard Square and the Tufts campus. Its house blend is called Rathskeller, and whole beans are sold at the counter and through the web store.
