About Parallel Roasters Specialty Coffee Roasters
Parallel Roasters is a Brisbane specialty coffee roaster founded by Ben Graham, which grew out of The Single Guys café in Kenmore.
It has long-standing relationships with farmers and cooperatives in Ethiopia, Colombia and Kenya and sells single-origin beans online and wholesale, with fortnightly or monthly subscriptions that let buyers choose filter or espresso roasts. Parallel roasts the house blend for Felix For Goodness in the CBD. Recent offerings have included a Brazil from Castelo in Espírito Santo and an El Salvador.
