About ONA Coffee House Cafe Fyshwick
ONA Coffee is a Canberra specialty coffee roaster founded by Saša Šestić, who won the 2015 World Barista Championship with its Raspberry Candy blend.
Ona has operated in Canberra since 2008 and roasts all its coffee in a temperature- and humidity-controlled facility there, for its own cafés and more than 100 other businesses across Australia. It runs five flagship cafés, including Brunswick in Melbourne and Marrickville in Sydney, where rare lots are vacuum-packed in single serves and frozen at -19 C for a freezer menu. Its range covers espresso blends such as Raspberry Candy, Maple and Aspen, single origins, barista courses and a wholesale programme.
