About NAGASAWA COFFEE
NAGASAWA COFFEE is a Morioka specialty coffee roaster working on a 1960s Probat UG-15. The machine was restored and customised in Germany for the shop.
Its list covers single origins from Tanzania, Costa Rica, Kenya, Peru, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil, plus blends such as KEEP SMILE and GreenEarth, in light, medium and dark roasts. It also makes drip bags, cold brew bags and liquid coffee concentrates.
The roaster sells wholesale to cafés and restaurants, with setup support and training, and its beans are poured at cafés elsewhere in Japan, including Ashito in Kanazawa.
