About NAGASAWA COFFEE

NAGASAWA COFFEE is a specialty coffee roastery café in Morioka's Ueda neighbourhood, near Kami-Morioka station. It roasts on a restored 1960s Probat UG-15, which sits in the twelve-seat shop.

The café serves hand-drip single origins from countries including Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda and Costa Rica, in light, medium and dark roasts. Whole beans and drip bags are sold to take home, and there are two parking spaces beside the building. It opened in 2012 and is closed on Thursdays.

Brewing v60 — roasted in-house.
