About Lonsdale St Roasters
Lonsdale Street Roasters is a Canberra specialty coffee roaster whose roastery and café are now on Dairy Road in Fyshwick.
The brand takes its name from Lonsdale Street in Braddon. It roasts on a Diedrich roaster with infrared burners, chosen to bring out the character of each origin, and sells single origins and blends, such as a Papua New Guinea single origin. Tourism Australia's 2025 guide also lists a Braddon café where roasting could be watched, though the roaster's own site now lists only Fyshwick.
