About Laika Coffee
Laika Coffee is a Lathlain, Perth specialty coffee roaster and café in a former washing-machine workshop.
The roastery is co-owned by Josh McGinnity, roaster Seb Huigens and barista Ru Teow. It roasts single origins only and does not make blends, selling a black range of micro-lots to drink without milk and a white range of more intense roasts for milk drinks. Laika has also sold compostable capsules and pre-ground coffee, and offers subscriptions with free shipping. Its café serves an all-day brunch.
