HI,COFFEE. is a Himeji specialty coffee roaster focused on light roasts. It began in 2022 with a shop in Chonotsubo, now opened monthly as SAT. by HI,COFFEE., and runs its main shop in Higashitsujii.
The owners want to show Himeji drinkers the appeal of light-roasted coffee in a region used to darker roasts.
The roaster offers two original blends and four rotating single origins, sold as beans from 900 yen per 100 grams, as drip bags and by the cup.
