About Helm Coffee
Helm Coffee is an Indianapolis specialty coffee roaster co-founded in late 2021 by Jillion Potter and Carol Fabrizio.
It started with pop-ups and direct-to-consumer sales.
Potter, a former US Olympic rugby captain, worked in the roastery at Coda Coffee in Denver before Helm, and the company now roasts on a Mill City Roasters machine at its Garfield Park roastery café on Shelby Street. Its bag artwork is by Luke Speers and muralist Nick Abstract.
Helm serves its coffee at the café as batch brew, manual drip and cold brew and supplies Provider Café in Martindale-Brightwood.
