Gluck Coffee Roaster is the Kumamoto specialty coffee roaster behind the Gluck Coffee Spot cafés.
Its roastery shop in Higashi Ward opened in 2025. The company has roasted on a PROBAT PROBATONE 5 and emphasizes single origins such as Ethiopian naturals, Nicaraguan honeys and washed Colombians, usually stocking five or six single origins plus a blend.
Beans supply Gluck Coffee Spot in Jotomachi and licht coffee & cakes, and the roastery is open to customers from 11:00 to 18:00, closed Thursdays.
