Foundation Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster in Warsaw, where it opened its current roastery in 2022.
The company says it roasts everything itself rather than importing roasted coffee, and supplies more than 100 locations across Europe. Its catalogue runs from specialty and everyday coffees to drip bags, capsules, decaf, tea, matcha and cocoa, and a High Five line is reserved for its top competition-grade lots. There is a B2B programme for cafés and a franchise offer.
In Lisbon, Foundation beans are on the bar at Vol., a matcha, coffee and vinyl spot.
