About Vol. — specialty coffee, matcha & vinyl
Vol. is a specialty coffee, matcha and vinyl bar on Avenida Óscar Monteiro Torres near Campo Pequeno in Lisbon, opened in May 2026. Ukrainian founders Eugene Bilousov, Yegor Batrak and Lada Zhuravel run it day to day.
The coffee comes from Foundation Coffee Roasters of Odesa, alongside Colombian lots from Nestor Lasso's farm, served as espresso, batch brew and cold brew next to ceremonial matcha and hojicha. Onigiri by chef Artem Kabulakhin and cakes such as banana bread with raspberry fill the counter. The 28-seat room mixes Japanese café design with 1970s funk touches: a turntable, a disco ball and paper lanterns.
