Flying West Coffee Roasters is a Doonan specialty coffee roaster on the Sunshine Coast run by Ben and Nina West, roasting on a Diedrich roaster from America.
It started selling at the Eumundi Markets and has worked on the Sunshine Coast for about 20 years; its first café opened in 2018. It still pops up at the Yandina Country Market and Noosa Farmers Market, and its beans are used by cafés such as Old Salt Coffee in Noosaville.
