About Elementary Coffee
Elementary Coffee is an Adelaide specialty coffee roaster and café run by Brad Nixon.
Nixon previously worked with Code Black, Five Senses and Axil Coffee Roasters. Elementary roasts on site in an open-plan warehouse on Young Street in the CBD, where visitors can move between the roastery and the café, and sources Kenyan beans directly from growers. Nixon prefers filter, and the café serves single-origin filter and espresso. Broadsheet describes Elementary as one of the standard-setters of Adelaide's specialty scene.
