About Coffeeshop Barista's Franziskanerplatz
Barista's is a Graz specialty coffee roaster and café group, run by Baristas GmbH, that roasts the beans served at its own cafés.
It buys directly and fairly from coffee farmers, gives its organically grown coffees their own roasts, and says each of its roasts has been awarded at the Cup of Excellence. Barista's cafés are on Franziskanerplatz in the Old Town, on Leonhardstrasse as Music & Art, at Hasnerplatz, on Eggenberger Allee and in St. Peter in Graz, plus St. Anna-Park in Kalsdorf. The group is known for Hario-style cold brew and full breakfasts.
