Barista's Franziskanerplatz is an Old Town Graz specialty coffee café of Barista's, a local coffee group that roasts its own beans.
The company buys its beans directly and fairly from coffee farmers, gives its organically grown coffees their own roasts and says each of its roasts is Cup of Excellence awarded. Barista's is known in Graz for cold brew made the Hario way, with cold water from the start, and serves breakfast from muesli to bread with cheese and ham. Falstaff's 2027 café guide rates this café 90 points. Barista's runs further cafés across Graz and in Kalsdorf.
