About Brant Coffee
Brant Coffee is a family-run specialty coffee roaster in Birznieki, Ādaži municipality, roasting only beans rated at least 80 points on the SCA scale.
The single-origin list covers Brazil Sul de Minas, Bolivia Yungas, Rwanda Gatare from Nyamasheke, Colombia Nariño, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Java from Indonesia, with a decaffeinated Peru from Cajamarca. The roastery puts weight on traceability and ethical sourcing.
Coffee is sold online as whole beans only, on the view that ground coffee loses aroma too quickly, and the range also comes in drip filter bags for brewing without any equipment.
