Bespoke Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster in Miyashiro, Saitama. Barista Taiki Hatakeyama, a two-time Japan Barista Champion, founded it in 2022.
Hatakeyama is self-taught and roasts specialty blends rather than focusing on single origins. He also placed second in international competition.
The roastery café near Tobu-Dobutsu-Koen Station brews its blends on a TONE brewing machine, chosen to reproduce precise extraction consistently, and serves cups at around 500 yen. Opening days are irregular. Its approach is to make coffee he personally finds delicious.
