About Bespoke Coffee Roasters
Bespoke Coffee Roasters Miyashiro is a specialty coffee roastery café in Miyashiro, Saitama. It is about seventeen minutes on foot from Tobu-Dobutsu-Koen Station. Founder Taiki Hatakeyama opened it in 2022 and has won the Japan Barista Championship twice, including in 2024.
Hatakeyama roasts in house and focuses on specialty blends rather than single origins, priced around 500 yen a cup. Filter coffee is brewed on a TONE brewing machine, chosen to reproduce precise extraction consistently. Opening days are irregular.
