About Badeta Koffiebranders - De Branderij
Badeta Koffiebranders is a specialty coffee roaster in Amsterdam, started by two friends and roasting at its own branderij on Achter Oosteinde.
Badeta roasts its own single origins, such as Colombia El Vergel and Ethiopia Banko Gotiti, sells a tasting package and cold drip, and runs a webshop with brewing hardware plus an academy. Its roasting team picks and buys the green coffee and sets the roast profiles.
The roastery, known as De Branderij and earlier listed as De Garage, is on Achter Oosteinde near the Amstel, and it uses San Remo Cafe Racer and Slayer espresso machines. Badeta's cafés are in De Pijp on Tweede van der Helststraat and Van Woustraat, and in Watergraafsmeer on Helmholtzstraat.
