ASLAN Coffee Roasters is a St Peters, Sydney specialty coffee roaster that has roasted since 2009 with a focus on Indonesian beans.
Its roastery on Unwins Bridge Road opens by appointment and handles wholesale and contract roasting. ASLAN rests its beans before serving them at its two cafés, in The Rocks and North Sydney, and publishes guides on Indonesian specialty coffee and its history. Sitchu included the Rocks café in its 2026 guide to Sydney coffee and lists ASLAN's own cafés in The Rocks and North Sydney.
