About Archetype Coffee Little Bohemia
Archetype Coffee is an Omaha specialty coffee roaster owned by Isaiah Sheese, the 2023 US Barista Champion.
It roasts small batches on a 10-kilo Proaster at its Little Bohemia café on South 13th Street, a 3,200-square-foot space it moved into from its original Blackstone roastery café. Its coffees include house blends and single origins, served on a custom Synesso MVP Hydra and Marco SP9 filter brewer.
Archetype runs three Omaha cafés: Little Bohemia, Blackstone on Farnam Street and Millwork Commons in the Ashton building.
